Revisited piece

The End of Summer 

I wanted to revisit this quick speed painting I did one afternoon for someone to use as an advertisement for his beer department. I felt a little awkward handing over the image the first time because it wasn't finished. but he loved it regardless.

The biggest challenge for me on this piece was the little tedious objects in the image such as; GRASS and LEAVES! I've dealt with drawing vines and some variation of leaves before in the Vineyard piece I did, but this one was on a whole new level of accomplishment.
