Signage

I currently work at the Concord Food Co-op. I was hired during the remodeling of there store back in 2011. Im the store's illustrator, cartoonist and graphic designer. I wanted to share some of the interesting and fun signage and displays that I've been giving the opportunity to create. You can find all this and more at our store. Feel free to visit us the Co-op, location at 24 South Main Street Concord NH.

I felt good supporting NH State House sponsors of House Bill (HB 660-FN) also known as Prop 37 from California. It was at this point that I really started to pay attention to the horrible things this country does to food.  Here's a video that I recommend checking out.

This was a fun project! It was an attempt to resurrect a program that was based around the S&H Green Stamp program that started in the 1896.  The idea was that you collected green stamps for every $10 dollar purchase in the store. You would then put the stamps in a collectable book and you could trade in. The program as grown rapidly since we started back in March of 2013. Since the stamp program was most popular in the 1930's through the 1980's,  I wanted to show a 1950's vibe showing a more classic family scene where I'm assuming the program was most popular. It also gave a very nostalgic feeling from what I've heard from older customers which was a bonus.
This was the stamp that was inspired from the S&H green stamp program.

Our final product of the books and stamps.
